CDS was founded in Middlesbrough in 1991, supplying specialist bathroom and mobility products to the trade professionals and families of Teesside and the wider North East. Over three decades later, we're still here: same showroom, same values, same commitment to getting it right.

Sarah is the first person most customers speak to. Whether you're a builder needing a quick spec or a family working through a big decision, she takes the time to understand what's needed and gives you a straight answer.

Sam runs the warehouse and day-to-day operations, and is part of the next generation taking CDS forward. His focus is making the business easier to deal with — clearer information, faster replies — while keeping the honest, no-pressure service that's worked for thirty years.

We don't install; we refer. Our network of trusted local tradespeople handle the fitting. You get a specialist supplier and a specialist installer, not a jack-of-all-trades.

After the sale, we're still here. Product questions, warranty issues, follow-up orders: you'll deal with the same people who helped you the first time.
